MEET MICHELLE

I consider myself an outdoor lover of all sorts but most importantly someone who’s in tune with their emotions. I quit my job as a camera assistant in Los Angeles in search of a more meaningful lifestyle and that’s where I currently am. I work as a Wedding Cinematographer in Maine serving both New England and California, pretty much splitting my time between two beautiful coastlines. But why two coasts? Well since my family and friends all still live in California I love visiting whenever I get the chance but the biggest reason why I try going there often is because of my beautiful niece Giselle.
My happy place is hiking up a mountain for 5 hours, enjoying the views and eating a simple sandwich all because we know that by then that sandwich is a MILLION times better than it was at the start of the hike.
I’ve traveled to more than 10 different countries doing what I love and the coolest thing I’ve ever done is convert an E150 van into our current Camper van, Forest! If you want to know more hit us up!
MEET ALISHA
ASSISTANT SHOOTER & EDITOR
I grew up in Vermont with a deep connection to the outdoors. If I’m not filming a wedding you’ll find me outside either hiking a mountain with our pup Misty, camping with friends in our camper van or cruising around a pond in our canoe. I never strayed far from my Vermont roots. Give me a good book by the fire after a long day outside and I’m one happy camper!
My parents instilled in me a love for travel at a very young age. I’ve explored the US from one coast to the other and have visited nearly 10 countries too. Having studied abroad in Indian and China I garnered a great appreciation for other cultures, people and especially food! I love cooking new and exotic recipes when I’m home to help bring the world a little bit closer. (and I love eating them! - Michelle)
Seeing the world through a lens is such a gift as it’s given me such a deep appreciation for our planet and all it’s beauty. Sustainability is really important to me as well and I continue to implement new practices into our lives that help our planet stay cleaner and greener for generations to come.
And last but not least I’m also the artist and owner of a small stationary company - Blue Bird Hill Paper. It’s a new venture that gives me a great creative outlet and I’m really excited to see how it grows!
